The Offline LabelTracker™ allows you to easily meet serialization identification regulations by allowing you to print labels offline, for bottles, cartons, cases or pallets. Installed in label rooms or beside the production line, this portable, compact unit is both efficient and cost-effective; and, being fully autonomous and preconfigured, this solution can be delivered quickly, helping you meet tight deadlines. This station performs various label inspections, as it can verify human-readable characters, as well as barcodes. A typical use case for this unit would be the pre-printing of serialized labels for bottles. When the label is printed, the Track&Trace system will verify if the label is compliant and if it can be used. After a roll is printed and inspected, it can be installed on the production line labeler, which means there is no need to modify the line labeler. The same process can be applied to cartons, cases and pallet labels. You can choose to have the system generate serial numbers for you, or you can upload them yourself, if you prefer. The system also allows you to generate numerous reports: EPCIS, reconciliation, batch trail, and audit trail. The Offline LabelTracker™ is part of Optel’s open architecture, which greatly facilitates connectivity to various IT systems or other third party equipment. Optel’s Fast Series is also designed to be scalable, which will allow you to build on these units in the future, as your serialization operations expand. We understand that modifying your process can be challenging and, to overcome this challenge, we’ve leveraged all the experience and expertise that comes with 27 years and thousands of successful serialization integration projects around the world. Our Fast Series incorporates all this know-how to provide you with all the necessary features to scale up your serialized production and therefore maintain and generate additional revenues when you’re ready. The Offline LabelTracker™ is part of Optel’s Fast Series and each product includes hardware and software, IQ/OQ documentation, operator manual, integration and on-site training.
